COLUMBIA (YARSHATER) LECTURES IN IRANIAN STUDIES
The Yarshater Lecture Series on Iranian Studies were initiated at the Columbia University Center for Iranian Studies in 1980. The lecture series, usually held annually, typically consisted of three to five lectures by a distinguished scholar in the field of Iranian studies. Revised and enhanced versions of most of the lecture series were subsequently published by or with the support of the Persian Heritage Foundation.
